Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Autimmune-Help.com
1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, consultations, and coaching sessions offered via Autimmune-Help.com. By booking a service, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of services
Autimmune-Help.com provides holistic health consultations, coaching, and support. The content is intended for information and support, but it does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy by physicians or other licensed healthcare professionals.
3. Booking and fees
Services are billed per started hour. The hourly rate is 100 euros. Paid services will not be refunded if they are partially or fully not used. Questions or concerns submitted via WhatsApp within the booked hour will be handled until the booked time has been used up.
4. Payment terms
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or via the payment method specified on the website.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Agreed appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. In the event of a later cancellation or no show, the full hour will be charged.
6. Liability
Autimmune-Help.com assumes no liability for health-related damages or consequences resulting from applying the consultation or recommendations. Each client acts on their own responsibility.
7. Data protection
Customer data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. No data will be shared with third parties.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Dominican Republic applies. If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
