Your body is not broken, it is overloaded. For a long time it has tried to balance things out, to compensate, to keep going. At some point, that capacity is no longer enough, and symptoms become visible.

That does not mean your body is working against you, it means it needs support.

Regulation is possible. Calming is possible. Stabilization is possible.
