I\u2019m Claudia, and I\u2019ve walked a long path of healing on many levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even as a child, I felt how much joy it brought me to listen to people, understand them, and support them. I always wanted to find ways for others to feel better within themselves and to reconnect with their own inner strength. That inner calling has stayed with me to this day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My own experiences have shown me how fragile our sense of control can be, and how strong we truly are when we learn to trust our intuition and listen to ourselves. The time of my PAP 3D diagnoses, the challenges surrounding surgery and pregnancy, as well as my burnout in 2011, made it clear to me that self-empowerment is not a concept, it is a practice we can choose every day. I learned to listen to my body, to support it consciously, and to take responsibility for my own well-being, rather than relying on a system in which I am simply another unit of profit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, I support people at exactly that point where I once stood many years ago, the place where they may sometimes feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a certified holistic health practitioner, Connecting Coach, and Reiki and meditation teacher, I combine knowledge, heart, and experience to find individual paths that truly fit. My goal is to show people that they already carry the strength within themselves to create lasting change in their lives and their health, and to give them the knowledge they need to do so. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t work on changing people, I work on helping them discover their own strength and find their way back to it. Because what we carry within us is often greater than we believe. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
