Jeder Mensch folgt einem eigenen, genetisch basierten biologischen Rhythmus. Metabolism, hormonal regulation, digestion, sleep, and recovery follow internal time windows that differ from person to person.

Especially with autoimmune conditions, this rhythm plays a central role, because persistent misalignment—such as unsuitable meal timings, lack of sleep, or chronic stress—can place additional strain on the body’s regulatory processes.

That’s why I integrate chronobiological principles and chrononutrition into my work, not as a rigid concept, but as an orientation that helps you support your body with the right things at the right time, tailored to your personal chronotype.
